Pui Shaak is Malabar Spinach.Pui Shaak is an authentic Bengali popular side dish.Puishaak fry is very easy recipe.There are different types of puishaak fry recipe.In this post I share how can make simple Puishaak recipe.Puishaak fry is a healthy recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Malabar Spinach
  2. Garlic
  3. Onion
  4. Green Chili
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Vegetable Oil

How to cook perfect Malabar Spinach stir fry

Step 1

At first plucked bright green colors Malabar Spinach.Malabar Spinach wash properly and drai out water.Washed Malabar Spinach chopped as a standard size that is easily to bite.

Step 2

Chopped the green chili,Garlic and Onion as like picture.

Step 3

Place a heavy fry pan at medium heat and pour the vegetable oil.

Step 4

Mix all ingredients properly and pour the heated oil and simmer 5 to 6 minutes in medium heat.

Step 5

After simmering 5 to 6 minutes the extra water is dried and the dish will be ready to serve.

Serving

Serve Stir fried Malabar Spinach hot with white steamed rice & any other curry of your choice.
